Biography
Alan Asper designs user interfaces for speech recognition systems, telephony products like voice mail and IVR, and Windows- and web-based business applications. After receiving his B.S. in psychology and M.S. in industrial engineering, Alan worked at SBC Technology Resources, the research & development subsidiary of SBC Communications. His publications while at SBC were in the area of human interaction with speech recognitions systems. Since 1994 he been with Accenture, working with clients to design effective user interfaces for business and learning applications.
