Biography
Professor Berry is Professor of Biology at Elmhurst College and an environmental attorney in private practice. Dr. Berry has served as a consultant to numerous government agencies and private organizations, such as the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, the California Resources Agency, the Florida Committee on Rare and Endangered Biota, and the American Planning Association. He is a member of the American Bar Association Section on Natural Resources, Energy, and Environmental Law. His current research includes wetlands and endangered species biology and conservation. His publications include numerous biological and legal articles, and the books The Environmental Law and Compliance Handbook and Wetlands: Guide to Science, Law, and Technology.
