Biography
Instructor of writing in IIT's Stuart School of Business, Chicago-Kent college of law, and Master of Public Administration program.  Experienced writer and editor.  Senior corporate attorney with extensive and diverse experience in domestic and international business transactions, including: intellectual property licensing; e-commerce; outsourcing; purchase, sale and leasing of equipment and systems; services; distribution; marketing; consulting; and other matters specific to technology, service and manufacturing industries. Member of the Illinois Bar.

Languages: French - fluent in speaking, reading and writing on a professional level. Dutch, Arabic, Spanish, Italian, German - varying levels of proficiency.
