Biography
Professor Tourk teaches international business, economic theory, finance and international trade. He has served as a consultant to the International Monetary Fund, the World Bank, the Agency for International Development, the U.S. Department of Commerce, and the Illinois Commerce Commission. He is a member of the Center for East Asian Studies at the University of Chicago and is on the Board of Advisors of the International Association of Energy Economists. He has taught in the Middle East and China.
