Biography
Robert Anderson worked for UOP LLC for 37 years in executive positions in the areas of process technology development, commercialization, and licensing. After taking early retirement he joined IIT to establish a technology transfer process. He began teaching Management of Organizational Change for another institution and Energy, Environment, and Economics for IIT. When the undergraduate business program was established he accepted responsibility for Bus 363, Creativity and Invention for Entrepreneurs. In collaboration with Professors Pistrui and Perez-Luna he helped create ChE 506, Entrepreneurship and Intellectual Property Management. He is currently assisting with the management of two IIT-based startup companies
