Research Interests

Scott Peters holds a Bachelors degree from Macalester College, a Juris Doctorate degree from Washington University School of Law, and a Ph.D. from University of Illinois at Chicago. He has much teaching experience at the graduate and undergraduate levels. In addition to his teaching duties, he also has experience in private legal practice in real estate and land use litigation. He teaches public management, urban planning and policy, and law.
