CareerLeader

Most MBA/Masters students are unsure about their short and long term career goals. Many of you are wondering, "What am I going to do after graduation?"

Conducting a thorough self-assessment is an effective and essential step in your career search process. The Stuart Graduate School of Business is pleased to offer CareerLeader, the premier business career self-assessment tool. (For links to other assessment tools, visit our Resources and Links site).

CareerLeader is a comprehensive web-based instrument designed to help you understand your interests, values and abilities and how they relate to various industries and functions. Keep in mind that long-term career satisfaction is derived from being an environment where you can combine your skills AND interests.

CareerLeader is comprised of three sections:

1. Business Career Interest Inventory (BCII)
2. Management and Professional Rewards Profile (MPRP)
3. Management and Professional Abilities Profile (MPAP)

CareerLeader is self-directed - when you are ready to get serious about your job search and feel certain you are prepared to complete the assessment - then get started by clicking here:

Please allow a total of a hour and a half to complete all three sections. It's best to complete the sections in order and you are encouraged to take all three sections of the assessment over a period of 1-2 days.

Contact the Office of Career Services if you need further information about accessing CareerLeader.
