Downtown Location
Stuart School of Business is headquartered in IIT's Downtown Campus at 565 West Adams Street at  South Jefferson Street in Chicago's West Loop, one block west of Union Station (Amtrak and Metra commuter rail lines) and three blocks south of Ogilvie Transportation Center (Metra commuter rail lines).

The modern, ten-story atrium building provides state-of-the-art computer and telecommunications facilities. It houses IIT Stuart graduate-level classes, IIT's Chicago-Kent College of Law and the Master of Public Administration Degree Program. The Downtown Campus includes student activity areas, a cafeteria, the Stuart Career Management Center, computer labs and the Downtown Campus Library and Bookstore.

Undergraduate business classes are held on IIT's Main  Campus.

The business school's proximity to Chicago's major north/south and east/west expressways--just two blocks east of the Kennedy Expressway (I-90/94) and three blocks north of the Eisenhower Expressway (I-290)--makes it easily accessible from anywhere in the city and suburbs. Nearby discounted parking is available for students, faculty and staff.

Numerous CTA bus routes terminate or make stops at the two nearby commuter train stations. The business school is also within a few blocks of two CTA elevated train stations (Brown, Orange, Purple lines) and one CTA subway station (Blue Line).

Stuart business students may also take advantage of the library, athletic facilities and course offerings on IIT's Main Campus, three miles south of the Loop. A shuttle bus service connects the Downtown Campus with the Main Campus.
