Financial Programming

Description
This program provides rigorous training in C++/Visual C++.NET and Visual Basic.NET as well as exploration of the technological infrastructure required to affect trading on electronic exchanges around the world. 

In order to earn an Financial Programming certificate, you will need to successfully complete the following four courses:

FM 492 Introduction to C/C++ Programming for Financial Markets
FM 508 Introduction to Investments and Statistical Methods in Financial Markets
FM 530 Visual Basic & Databases for Financial Markets
FM 538 Advanced OOP for Financial Markets (Prerequisites: FM 506*, FM 530, and FM 492 or equivalent)

* Prerequisites for this course are FM 507 and FM 508. Students must either take these prerequisites or receive permission from the advisor in order to take this course.
