International Partners

The CMMT is a keystone in the international network of over 200 scholars and a dozen universities in several countries worldwide. This network is concentrated around the Healthcare Technology and Management Association (HCTM). The association includes scholars from Europe (The Netherlands, United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, Denmark, Sweden, Austria, Ireland, and Poland); The Americas (USA, Brazil, Mexico and Canada); Asia: (India, China, Japan, and Korea), and Australia.

The Association and CMMT host an annual conference on The Hospital of the Future. In 2003 the conference was hosted by the University of Warwick, in the UK; in 2004 a doctoral symposium on the topic was hosted by the University of Vienna, Austria, and in 2005 by the University of Aalborg, in Denmark. In 2006 the CMMT hosted the conference and in 2007 it is scheduled to be hosted by Bocconi University and the Polytechnic Institute, both in Milan, Italy.
