Nilmini Wickramasinghe
Associate Professor, Stuart School of BusinessNilmini Wickramasinghe researches and teaches in several areas within Information Systems including IT for competitive advantage, knowledge management, e- and m-commerce, and organizational impacts of technology. She specializes in the impacts of technologies on the healthcare industry and various aspects of medical informatics.
Wickramasinghe has published books, numerous refereed scholarly papers and encyclopedia entries. She regularly presents her work throughout North America as well as in Europe and Australia. She is the U.S. representative of the Health Care Technology Management Association (HCTM), an international organization focusing on critical healthcare issues and the role of technology within healthcare. She holds a Ph.D. from Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland,and MBA and BS degrees from University of Melbourne.
