Chicago Location

Stuart School of Business, a college of Illinois Institute of Technology, is strategically located in the third largest city in the United States, with campuses on Chicago's near south side and downtown--adjacent to Chicago's thriving business community, financial markets and cultural attractions.

Undergraduate business classes are held on IIT's architecturally significant Main Campus in the historic Bronzeville community. Designed by Ludwig Mies van der Rohe, the entire Main Campus is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and also features contemporary buildings designed by Dutch architect Rem Koolhaus and Chicago's Helmut Jahn. The Main Campus is accessible by two Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) elevated train lines, numerous buses and by automobile.

Graduate-level business classes are held in IIT's modern, ten-story atrium on the Downtown Campus (DTC), just west of Chicago's Loop financial district. The building also is home to IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law. The DTC is steps from two major Chicago commuter train stations, CTA bus and subway service. It also is conveniently located near world-class theater, opera and symphony venues; shopping; a wide variety of fine and casual dining, and Chicago's Millennium Park and Grant Park recreation areas along Lake Michigan.
